SLA & Support Hours

We are launching with a small manual review process. We check incoming emails regularly and aim to respond within 24 to 48 hours.

If you are submitting a removal or correction request, please put "TAKEDOWN" in the subject line. We process verified requests within 7 calendar days, usually sooner.
